Job summary

Subway is seeking a hands-on Product Owner to manage a suite of core enterprise business applications that power back-office operations and People Operations. You will lead Agile ceremonies, refine the backlog, and translate business needs into actionable requirements for development teams.

Reporting to Technology Services, you will coordinate vendors and ensure smooth transitions to production. This mid-level role emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and delivering solutions that support

Qualifications

Experience in application or systems support across multiple architectures and post-deployment transition.
Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and iterative lifecycles with product owner or BA background.
Ability to guide backlog, write user stories, and manage dependencies with vendors.

Responsibilities

Own the Corporate Applications backlog; prioritize incidents, requests and enhancements.
Coordinate with vendors, MSPs, and internal teams to deliver features on time.
Plan and supervise UAT, deployments to production, and knowledge transfer.
Translate business needs into actionable requirements and maintain the product roadmap.
Lead Agile ceremonies and communicate risks, issues, and timelines.
Create docs, diagrams, and presentations to demonstrate value of improvements.
