Job Description:

What You'll Do
The Product Professional is responsible for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Team. They focus on delivering new products, driving innovation, and improving customer experience while prioritizing the work that delivers value. The Product Professional acts as a servant leader, coaching and mentoring the team, structuring work, and managing risks and issues.

How You'll Do It

• Build and prioritize the product backlog to achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), maintaining key documentation.
• Ensure product features and processes comply with regulatory, compliance, and risk standards, including security patches.
• Translate requirements into use cases, stories, and acceptance criteria, and validate them.
• Lead Agile practices, including sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives, updating the backlog accordingly.
• Define and ensure completeness of functional and non-functional requirements, and execute testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with Data stewards to ensure data quality controls.
• Partner with technology teams to develop technical features and optimize systems.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, communicating effectively through visual storyboarding.
• Contribute to product vision and deliver Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
• Support go-to-market strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Foster a culture of ownership by empowering the team to make decisions.
• Work with vendors and partners on product evaluation and enhancements.

Qualifications You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or 6+ years of equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in Product Management or Engineering within Financial Services or Tech Industry.

Physical and Cognitive Requirements

• Primarily stationary, indoors, operating office equipment, and communicating verbally and in writing.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with ACH processing, Agile certifications, customer service, payment processing, or SQL.
