What You'll Do

The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the product by delivering new products and driving innovation. They focus on delivering value to customers, prioritizing work, and coaching the team. They manage risks and escalate issues as necessary.

How You'll Do It

• Build and prioritize the product backlog, maintain documentation.
• Ensure product features comply with regulatory, compliance, and quality standards.
• Lead Agile practices, facilitate meetings, and update the product backlog.
• Define and validate product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize system components.
• Manage scope, timelines, and communicate project status.
• Contribute to product vision and support go-to-market strategies.
• Encourage a culture of accountability within the team.
• Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams for product management.

Qualifications

The Basics

• Bachelor's degree in related field or 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years in Product Management or Engineering in Financial Services or Tech Industry.

Physical & Cognitive Requirements

• Primarily stationary work in an office environment.
• Ability to operate office equipment and communicate effectively.

Bonus Points

• Experience with ACH processing, Agile certifications, SQL.
