What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with product managers to understand product vision, customer needs, and success metrics
- Manage the Enhancement Request backlog, prioritizing and classifying bugs for future releases
- Break down product management features into user stories, ensuring comprehensive acceptance criteria
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to facilitate efficient communication and decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications):
- U.S. work authorization is required
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in Agile development environments
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for product lifecycle management
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with research administration solutions (e.g., Huron’s HRS applications, InfoEd, Cayuse)
- Industry experience in research administration at academic institutions
- Knowledge of biological, chemical, or radiation safety and animal research
- At least 1 year of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or equivalent
- Product Owner Certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, etc.) is a plus
