RSM US LLP is seeking a Product Owner for Assurance Digital to manage AI-enabled tools and digital solutions used by Assurance professionals. You will translate needs into priorities, drive delivery, and collaborate with technology teams to govern, deploy, and enable adoption of innovative solutions.

The role requires a flexible, hands-on professional capable of moving work from assessment through delivery, balancing user needs, risk, and business value in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, information systems, technology, data analytics, product management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• CPA designation or equivalent external audit/assurance experience strongly preferred.
• 5-8+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, audit technology, technology enablement, digital transformation, risk management, assurance, or related area.

Responsabilités

• Plan, prioritize, and execute projects supporting the delivery, adoption, and improvement of AI-enabled tools, audit technology, and digital solutions for Assurance professionals.
• Translate user needs and technology capabilities into product priorities, requirements, decisions, and documentation.
• Drive ongoing product operations including release monitoring, testing, support triage, feedback, usage monitoring, and enablement updates.
• Coordinate across stakeholder groups to keep work aligned and user-focused.
• Support AI education and workforce enablement with guidance, training materials, and communications.
• Monitor emerging AI and digital capabilities to assess business value, risk, and applicability.
