Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Product Owner for Assurance Digital who will manage AI-enabled tools and digital solutions across the U.S. and global network. You will translate assurance needs into priorities and collaborate with technology teams to govern, deploy, and support solutions.

The role covers product ownership, business analysis, enablement, reporting, and continuous improvement, delivering practical outcomes as AI evolves. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, business, information systems, technology, data analytics, product management, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in product ownership, business analysis, audit technology, or digital transformation.
• CPA designation or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading technology initiatives across planning, requirements, rollout, adoption, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and execute projects delivering AI-enabled tools and digital solutions for Assurance professionals.
• Translate needs and priorities into product requirements, decisions, and enablement activities.
• Drive product operations: release monitoring, testing, support triage, feedback and usage monitoring.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to keep work aligned with user needs and risk considerations.
• Support AI education, training materials, and stakeholder communications.
