Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Product Owner for Assurance Digital to manage AI-enabled tools and digital solutions for Assurance professionals in the U.S. and network. You will translate needs into product priorities, drive adoption, and enable stakeholders with practical guidance.

The role requires hands-on ownership across analysis, enablement, reporting, and continuous improvement, adapting as AI tech evolves to support assurance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, information systems, technology, data analytics, product management, or equivalent.
• 5-8+ years of experience in product ownership, audit technology, or related fields.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating across planning, requirements gathering, rollout, and adoption.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate evolving technology capabilities into business actions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and execute AI-enabled tools and digital solutions for Assurance.
• Translate user needs and risk factors into product priorities and requirements.
• Manage release monitoring, testing, support triage, and feature enablement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align work and drive adoption.
• Provide AI education materials and stakeholder updates.
• Evaluate emerging AI, audit tech, and determine business value and risk.
• Organize ambiguous work into clear next steps balancing needs and feasibility.
