Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, information systems, technology, data analytics, product management, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of product ownership, business analysis, or related experience.
• CPA designation or equivalent external audit/assurance experience strongly preferred.
• Experience delivering technology initiatives across planning, requirements, rollout, adoption, and monitoring.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate evolving technology capabilities into clear business actions.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, prioritize, and execute AI-enabled tools and digital solutions for Assurance.
• Translate user needs and priorities into product requirements and decisions.
• Drive product operations: releases, testing, support triage, and updates.
• Coordinate across stakeholders to keep work aligned and user-focused.
• Support AI education with guidance, FAQs, and training materials.
• Monitor emerging AI and audit tech to assess value and risk.
• Organize work into clear steps balancing user needs and feasibility.
