Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Product Owner for Assurance Digital to manage AI-enabled tools and digital solutions used by Assurance professionals across the US. You will translate needs into priorities, govern deployments, and deliver practical solutions that enhance audit technology and enablement.

The role requires hands-on ownership from assessment to delivery, coordination with technology teams, and strong communication. Travel may be required as needed for business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• CPA designation or equivalent external audit/assurance experience strongly preferred.
• Experience translating technology capabilities into business implications and actions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and execute projects delivering AI-enabled tools and digital solutions for Assurance professionals.
• Translate needs and priorities into product requirements, decisions, and enablement activities.
• Lead product operations including releases, testing, support triage, and documentation updates.
• Coordinate across stakeholder groups to keep work aligned and user-focused.
• Support AI education and workforce enablement with guidance, FAQs, and training materials.
• Monitor emerging AI and digital capabilities to assess value, risk and applicability.
• Organize complex work into clear steps balancing user needs, risk, and delivery capacity.
