Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Product Owner for Assurance Digital to lead AI-enabled tooling and digital solutions across Assurance teams in the U.S. The role combines product ownership, business analysis, enablement, and continuous improvement to deliver practical, governed solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in related fields, a strong CPA background preferred, and proven ability to translate evolving tech into clear business actions with excellent communication. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5–8+ years in product ownership, business analysis, audit technology or related areas.
• CPA designation or equivalent preferred.
• Experience supporting technology initiatives across planning, requirements gathering, rollout, adoption, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and execute projects delivering AI-enabled tools, audit technology, and digital solutions for Assurance professionals.
• Translate needs into product priorities, requirements, decisions, and enablement activities.
• Drive ongoing product operations: releases, testing, support triage, feedback and usage monitoring, enhancements.
• Coordinate across stakeholders to keep work aligned and user-focused.
• Support AI education and workforce enablement with practical guidance, training materials, and communications.
• Evaluate emerging AI and digital capabilities for value, risk, and applicability.
• Operate independently in ambiguous situations and balance user needs, risk, value, feasibility, and delivery capacity.
