Job summary

Leidos LLC is seeking a passionate Product Owner to manage a portfolio of technology-enabled continuous improvement initiatives for internal operations and DoD customers. You will drive value by applying Splunk, automation, AI and ML, and by managing product development workflows in Azure DevOps and Jira within an SAFe framework.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Owner roles with Agile teams.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritize the product backlog and write clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Participate in SAFe ceremonies including PI planning and system demos.
• Drive continuous improvement using Splunk, automation, AI/ML, and data analytics insights.
