Leidos is seeking a passionate and results-driven Product Owner to lead and manage a portfolio of technology-enabled continuous improvement initiatives in support of internal operations and DoD customers. This role will focus on delivering impactful process improvements through Splunk capabilities and insights, automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) technologies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Information Systems).
• 8+ years of combined experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role with Agile teams.
• Experience managing work in Azure DevOps or Jira and familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance, is required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog using Jira and/or Azure DevOps to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
• Write clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria that enable development teams to deliver value incrementally.
• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap that supports the transition from reactive to proactive network management.
• Partner with solution architects, software developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with internal operations teams and DoD customers.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication of priorities and expectations.
• Conduct regular stakeholder reviews and demos to gather feedback and validate solution direction.
• Manage competing priorities and make data-driven decisions on feature prioritization.
• Actively participate in Agile Release Train (ART) and contribute to PI planning activities.
• Support SAFe ceremonies including PI planning, system demos, and inspect and adapt workshops.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with other Product Owners and stakeholders during cross-team dependency planning and resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on Splunk capabilities, including dashboard development, alerting optimization, and data analytics enhancement.
• Support AI/ML solutions for operational improvements and identify automation opportunities.
• Champion proactive monitoring and predictive analytics solutions.
• Ensure all product decisions comply with DoD security requirements.
