Job summary

Leidos is seeking a passionate and results-driven Product Owner to lead a portfolio of technology-enabled continuous improvement initiatives in support of internal operations and DoD customers. You will manage product development workflows in ADO and help operationalize solutions that drive measurable value, aligning with Scaled Agile and Scrum methodologies for disciplined progress across initiatives.

Qualifications

8+ years as Product Owner/BA with Agile teams.
Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize the product backlog using Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
Write clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for proactive network management.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with DoD customers.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
Conduct regular stakeholder reviews and demos to validate direction.
Participate in Agile Release Train (ART) and SAFe ceremonies.
Lead sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
