Leidos is seeking a passionate and results-driven Product Owner to lead a portfolio of technology-enabled continuous improvement initiatives supporting internal operations and Department of Defense (DoD) customers. This role will focus on delivering impactful process improvements through Splunk capabilities, automation, AI, and ML technologies.

As a key member of our team, you will manage product development workflows in ADO and help operationalize solutions that drive measurable value.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
8+ years of combined experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role with Agile teams.
Experience managing work in Azure DevOps or Jira and familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance.

Mansioni

Manage and prioritize the product backlog using Jira and/or Azure DevOps to align with priorities and objectives.
Write clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria for incremental value.
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for proactive network management.
Partner with architects, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with DoD customers and internal teams.
Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and development teams; communicate priorities clearly.
Participate in Agile Release Train and SAFe ceremonies; support PI planning and system demos.
Drive continuous improvement via Splunk capabilities, dashboarding, alerting, and analytics.
Identify automation opportunities; promote proactive monitoring and predictive analytics.
Ensure DoD security requirements compliance and maintain necessary security posture.
