CSC Corptax is seeking a Product Owner to pair strong product fundamentals with a practical, hands-on AI approach. You will own outcomes for a product area, work with your scrum team inside an agile delivery model, and drive automation to reduce manual data prep and validation for clients.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience with software delivery.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, CS, IS, or equivalent.
• Hands-on use of AI tools with measurable automation impact.
• Ability to break complex workflows into automatable steps and write requirements.
• Experience taking a product from idea to adoption with evolving requirements.
• Knowledge of AI limitations and when human review is required.
• Knowledge of Agile and backlog tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Linear).
• Comfort with data: Excel, basic SQL, and product analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time, and deliver commitments.

Aufgaben

• Own outcomes for your product area: define a Now/Next/Later roadmap linked to goals and trade‑offs.
• Shape concepts from idea to adoption and adjust requirements as evidence comes in.
• Eliminate manual data preparation and validation by automation and AI‑assisted workflows.
• Apply AI responsibly with guardrails for accuracy, auditability, and security.
• Use AI to draft features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Run the backlog in an agile framework; lead refinement and sprint ceremonies.
• Make data-driven decisions using analytics, support trends, and client insights.
• Own the client experience end-to-end and ensure fixes pass UAT with consistent UX.
• Drive awareness and adoption with GTM partners and feedback loops into the backlog.
• Communicate roadmap, progress, and risks clearly to clients, sales, and executives.
