Job summary

HubSync is seeking a hands-on Product Owner to lead Workflow, our engagement management platform for tax compliance. You will own the product vision and backlog, drive sprints, and ensure the system models how engagements run across Tax, CAS, and A&A.

You will manage OneSource integration, plan migration to AI data extraction, and work with leadership to align with service line needs, delivering repeatable software workflows for complex engagements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with software for an accounting firm.
• Strong process orientation; break down multi-step professional services into software workflows.
• Experience with complex third-party integrations (e.g., OneSource) and migration to AI data extraction.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Workflow module across Tax, CAS, and A&A service lines.
• Manage the complex initial due date integration with OneSource and ensure successful delivery.
• Define the strategy to transition from legacy integrations to AI screen-scraping technologies.
• Translate complex accounting procedures into streamlined software workflows.
• Prioritize a capability-based backlog aligned with diverse service line requirements.
• Collaborate with product leadership to complement Tax/CAS with Audit/A&A process knowledge.
• Lead agile sprints with clear scope and business context.
