Job summary

Provenir Inc. is seeking a seasoned Product Owner to lead the platform’s product voice, working with remote engineering teams and cross-functional leadership.

This autonomous role requires strong technical fluency, proven delivery of complex products, and the ability to shape a pragmatic roadmap while balancing technical debt and customer needs. You will own the backlog, write clear stories, and partner with stakeholders to validate solutions, all while thriving in a fast-paced, remote-first

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management or product owner roles.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously within a remote/ distributed team.
• Strong technical acumen with comfort reading API specs and data flows.
• Experience embedded in engineering teams using Agile methodologies.
• Track record delivering complex products from discovery to launch.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Up-to-date awareness of GenAI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the product backlog across the entire platform.
• Refine stories with remote engineering teams and unblock delivery.
• Shape the product roadmap with leadership collaboration.
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and customers.
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria and specs.
• Balance feature delivery with technical debt considerations.
• Track progress and manage expectations across the business.
• Discuss APIs, data models, and integration patterns with engineers.
• Lead three amigo sessions and estimation workshops.
