ITW's Alpine division seeks a Product Owner to drive roadmap execution and translate strategy into actionable plans for development teams. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, QA and UX/UI to ensure value delivery and user-focused outcomes.

You will lead backlog management, acceptance criteria, and beta programs, while advocating for customers and aligning stakeholders through frequent updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
• 4+ years' experience as Product Owner or similar with a development team.
• CSPO certification is preferred.
• Software product strategy and management experience with value delivery.
• Experience with complex customer environments and/or relevant industry experience.
• Experience leading software product development in an Agile environment (Scrum/SAFe).
• Strong team, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic and able to work autonomously or with a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Own execution of the product roadmap established by Product Manager for a specific focus area.
• Translate strategic directions into clear, actionable development plans.
• Partner with Development Managers to manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release scope.
• Apply Customer-Back Innovation to identify and prioritize customer pain points.
• Translate insights into product requirements and features.
• Validate concepts with users and iterate based on feedback.
• Create and maintain clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Ensure backlog is prioritized, refined, and ahead of development needs.
• Collaborate with UX/UI to align designs with user needs and business objectives.
• Facilitate agile events (standups, planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Coordinate with support and implementation for successful releases.
• Develop domain expertise in component manufacturing workflows.
• Observe real-world usage to inform product decisions.
• Support UAT, documentation, and release readiness.
• Oversee beta trials with customers to validate value and usability.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to the organization; advocate for the customer.
• Maintain transparency into sprint outcomes, priorities, and roadmap progress.
