Job summary

ITW’s Alpine division in Denver seeks a Product Owner to drive roadmap execution for a focused product area. You will translate strategic direction into actionable development plans and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, high‑quality releases that meet customer needs.

You will manage backlogs, write clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and partner with UX/UI to align designs with business goals, while championing customers throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience as Product Owner or similar role with a development team.
• CSPO certification preferred.
• Experience with Agile development environments (Scrum/SAFe).
• Experience with complex customer environments and/or relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a comparable discipline; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of the product roadmap established by Product Manager for a specific focus area or product line.
• Translate strategic direction from Product Managers into clear, actionable development plans.
• Partner with Development Managers to manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release scope.
• Translate insights into product requirements and features and validate concepts with users.
