Job summary

ITW Alpine, a division of ITW, is seeking a Product Owner to drive roadmap execution in an agile environment. You translate vision into actionable plans and collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Support, Operations, and Engineering to ensure value delivery.

This role emphasizes CBI-driven decisions, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration with UX/UI and QA teams. Travel up to 25% is expected; CSPO is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering/CS/Business; MBA is a plus.
• 4+ years' experience as Product Owner or similar with a development team.
• CSPO certification preferred.
• Experience with Agile development (Scrum/SAFe) for software products.
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of the product roadmap established by Product Manager for a specific focus area or product line.
• Translate strategic direction into clear, actionable development plans.
• Partner with Development Managers for sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and releases.
• Apply Customer-Back Innovation (CBI) to identify customer pain points.
• Create and maintain clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to align designs with objectives.
• Facilitate agile events and coordinate with support for successful releases.
• Develop domain expertise in component manufacturing workflows.
