ITW Alpine, a division of ITW, is seeking a Product Owner to drive the product roadmap and translate strategic direction into actionable plans for agile teams. You will collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Support, Operations, and Engineering to ensure business, quality, and usability goals are met across releases.

The role requires 4+ years as a Product Owner or similar, CSPO is preferred, and you will lead backlog and requirements management while advocating for customer needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing or a comparable discipline.
• 4+ years' experience as Product Owner or similar with a development team.
• CSPO certification preferred; experience with Scrum and SAFe.

Responsabilidades

• Own execution of the product roadmap established by Product Manager for a specific focus area or product line.
• Translate strategic direction from Product Managers into clear, actionable development plans.
• Partner with Development Managers to manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release scope.
• Apply ITW's Customer-Back Innovation framework to identify and prioritize customer pain points.
• Create and maintain clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria.
