Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a technically oriented leader to own the Agentic AI platform, shaping end-to-end AI experiences and driving production-grade products that automate major portions of inbound sales and service.

You will partner with engineering, product, and AI researchers to define strategies, standards, and scalable implementations while reporting to the COO. This role is fully remote with offices in Palo Alto, New York, Chicago, and Toronto.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical role like technical product management in fast-paced startups
• Passion and curiosity for AI systems including modern LLMs
• Track record turning complex ideas into scalable, production-grade products

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development for the AI platform and customer experiences from roadmap to rollout.
• Design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails balancing latency, cost, and accuracy.
• Serve as the translator between engineering and business, establishing AI best practices and platform standards.
• Drive improvements in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through experimentation.
• Collaborate with OpenAI to evaluate and deploy next-gen voice models and workflow automation.
