Make an Impact Where It Matters:

We are hiring a Product Owner to lead the execution of Order Management / Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions. You’ll bridge business and tech, owning the backlog, refining user stories, and ensuring value delivery across order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, and cash collection.

What You’ll Do:

Align with the Product Manager on vision and actionable plans.
Own, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories.
Lead Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
Ensure smooth rollouts through UAT, training, and change support.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within Order Management, Order-to-Cash, or ERP environments.
Strong understanding of O2C processes, including order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, and cash application.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing product backlogs.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Familiarity with ERP (SAP), CRM, or order management systems; experience with process automation is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
