Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Product Owner to join their team! This position is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Duties

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects business priorities and technical feasibility. Partner with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and release plans. Develop clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing features based on business value and impact. Act as the voice of the customer and end‑user throughout the product lifecycle, advocating for usability and value delivery. Conceptualize and visually design internal web applications to support operational and business needs. Collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, QA, and the Scrum Master to ensure timely, high‑quality product delivery. Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews. Define and track product performance metrics, leveraging user feedback and data insights for continuous improvement. Coordinate with product designs, integrating feedback into requirements and product increments. Drive technical discussions with partners and clients, ensuring clarity and alignment across all teams.

Desired Skills / Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong understanding of Angular front‑end frameworks and Java‑based RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Proven ability to translate business needs, UX designs, and API integrations into clear and actionable technical requirements
• Hands‑on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and version control systems
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross‑functional teams

The approximate pay range for this position is between $37.00 and $54.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
