Job summary

Swoon is seeking a Product Owner III to drive enterprise Sales Order Management and Order-to-Cash initiatives. The role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and tech teams, translating requirements and guiding product delivery lifecycle.

The candidate should bring 5+ years in product ownership or business analysis within ERP/order management, with experience in SAP SD or Salesforce Order Management, and strong Agile/backlog skills. 12-month contract in the US market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Order Management, Supply Chain, ERP, or digital product delivery.
• Experience with Sales Order Management and/or Order-to-Cash (OTC/O2C) processes.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP SD, Salesforce Order Management, or similar ERP/Order Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Support Sales Order Management and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders, developers, architects, BAs, and QA teams.
• Coordinate UAT, defect management, business validation, and release activities.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Support production issues, enhancements, and continuous process improvements.
• Develop process flows, documentation, status updates, and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.

Pay: $45/hr W2

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Schedule: First Shift (7 AM–3 PM or 8 AM–4 PM)

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner III to support enterprise Sales Order Management and Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions for a large global organization.

This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements and supporting products throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities
• Gather and document business and functional requirements
• Support Sales Order Management and Order-to-Cash processes
• Partner with business stakeholders, developers, architects, BAs, and QA teams

Required Qualifications:

• Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as SAP SD, Salesforce Order Management, or similar ERP/Order Management systems
• Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, user stories, and requirements development
• Strong experience with UAT, business process analysis, and stakeholder management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA / SAP SD experience
• Dealer Ordering or enterprise integration experience
• Experience supporting global, cross-functional teams

This is a strong opportunity for someone with a combination of Product Ownership/Business Analysis experience and hands-on knowledge of enterprise Order Management processes.
