Product Manager – Finance (Order to Cash)

We’re partnering with a large, complex enterprise organization to hire a Product Manager within the Finance organization to support one of the largest and most highly funded initiatives in the company. This role sits at the center of mission-critical work with strong executive visibility and a clear path to long-term impact.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a Product Manager who thrives in high-stakes, transformation-driven environments and wants to own outcomes, not just requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and drive Product Management for Order-to-Cash (OTC) capabilities supporting core finance operations
• Partner closely with Finance, Technology, and Business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver product outcomes
• Lead work tied to a major enterprise transformation from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on Sales & Receivables
• Translate complex business needs into clear product roadmaps, epics, and features
• Manage and prioritize backlogs to ensure delivery aligns with funding, timelines, and business value
• Serve as a trusted thought partner to stakeholders—bringing perspective, judgment, and clarity to decision-making
• Operate in a fast-moving, highly visible environment where execution and accountability matter

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in enterprise and/or finance-focused environments
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Align
• Experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to communicate clearly, influence effectively, and operate with autonomy
• SAP S/4HANA experience is a strong plus, especially related to Finance, Sales, or Receivables transformations
• Immediate onboarding required
• High-visibility role with meaningful ownership and a clear path to conversion
