Job summary

Everestsearchpartners is seeking an IT Product Owner to define and prioritize IT development initiatives across ERP, OMS, eCommerce, and integration tools. You will act as the strategic liaison between business stakeholders, internal engineering teams, and key vendors.

Responsibilities include backlog management, project delivery, and vendor governance, with a strong focus on collaboration and SDLC/Agile practices in a luxury brand retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an IT Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, or IT Project Manager delivering multi-system initiatives.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum frameworks; proven track record leading sprint ceremonies and managing product backlogs.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence. Strong technical literacy across CRM, ERP, and eCommerce ecosystems (experience with NetSuite or ByDesign is a strong plus).
• Background in a premium/luxury brand, retail, or distributed/direct-sales model is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, analytical problem-solving, and third-party vendor management capabilities.
• English fluency.

Role Overview
