Job summary
Swoon is seeking a Product Owner III to drive enterprise Sales Order Management and Order-to-Cash initiatives. The role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and tech teams, translating requirements and guiding product delivery lifecycle.
The candidate should bring 5+ years in product ownership or business analysis within ERP/order management, with experience in SAP SD or Salesforce Order Management, and strong Agile/backlog skills. 12-month contract in the US market.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Order Management, Supply Chain, ERP, or digital product delivery.
- Experience with Sales Order Management and/or Order-to-Cash (OTC/O2C) processes.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP SD, Salesforce Order Management, or similar ERP/Order Management systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Support Sales Order Management and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Partner with business stakeholders, developers, architects, BAs, and QA teams.
- Coordinate UAT, defect management, business validation, and release activities.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder sessions.
- Support production issues, enhancements, and continuous process improvements.
- Develop process flows, documentation, status updates, and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
