Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Product Owner for our Las Vegas, NV hybrid team to bridge strategy and execution for core hospitality technologies.

You'll work closely with the SPM, provide operational support, manage day-to-day project organization, and drive go-live and KTLO activities on site.

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Product Owner for their Las Vegas, NV/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as the functional engine of the product team
• Working closely with the SPM to provide operational, execution, and triage support for core hospitality technologies. (Parking technology, digital keys)
• This role manages day-to-day project organization, documentation, tech lab testing, and cross-functional release workflows (including CAB submissions).
• Bridging the gap between strategy and execution, the Associate delivers critical onsite go-live support, drives user training, and handles "Keep the Lights On" (KTLO) operations by triaging routine defects, minor features, and support requests to ensure seamless property operations.
