Job summary

Enzo Tech Group Ltd in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to lead delivery, collaborating with business and tech leadership to improve DevOps, testing, and test automation maturity. This role goes beyond a traditional PO.

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, translate epics into user stories, and ensure QA sign-off before release while aligning with stakeholders to refine requirements and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Job description

We are working with a leading US manufacturing organisation and are looking to bring in a Salesforce Product Owner on a long-term basis, working closely with both business and technical leadership to improve delivery, DevOps, testing and test-automation maturity.

This isn't just a traditional Product Owner position.

You'll be trusted to lead and influence key initiatives including:

• Leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies
• Breaking down epics into clear user stories and development tasks
• Working closely with business stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements
• Acting as the key link between business stakeholders and the development team
• Answering developer questions and removing ambiguity throughout delivery
• Signing off development tickets and ensuring requirements have been met
• Ensuring work has successfully passed QA before release
• Helping improve the team's DevOps, testing and test-automation maturity
• Working closely with leadership to continuously improve the development and delivery process
