Job summary

Ethereum Technologies in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Product Owner with deep P&C insurance domain knowledge to lead backlog management and agile delivery. Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner in the P&C domain.
• Knowledge of Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, Rating, and Billing.
• Experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) or Duck Creek is preferred.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience and backlog management.
• Expertise in Product Backlog Management, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Sprint Planning.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and Scrum Masters.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and UAT.
• Define product priorities and ensure timely delivery of business requirements.
• Ensure solutions align with P&C insurance business processes and objectives.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience as a Product Owner in the P&C Insurance domain.
• In-depth knowledge of Policy Administration, Claims Management, Underwriting, Rating, and Billing.
• Experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) or Duck Creek is preferred.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
