Job summary

Ethereum Technologies in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Product Owner with deep P&C insurance domain knowledge to lead backlog management and agile delivery. You will translate business needs into detailed user stories, collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and Scrum Masters, and drive prioritization to align with policy administration, claims, underwriting, and billing objectives.

Candidates should be proficient with Guidewire or Duck Creek, and with Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps,

Qualifications

Experience as Product Owner in the P&C domain.
Knowledge of Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, Rating, and Billing.
Experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) or Duck Creek is preferred.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience and backlog management.
Expertise in Product Backlog Management, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Sprint Planning.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Insurance.

Responsibilities

Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog.
Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories.
Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and Scrum Masters.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and UAT.
Define product priorities and ensure timely delivery of business requirements.
Ensure solutions align with P&C insurance business processes and objectives.
