Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking an experienced Product Owner with deep knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain to lead product backlog management and requirements translation.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, QA, and Scrum Masters to ensure timely delivery of compliant insurance solutions. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in Policy Administration, Claims Management, Underwriting, Rating, and Billing, plus familiarity with Guidewire

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner in the P&C Insurance domain.
• In-depth knowledge of Policy Administration, Claims Management, Underwriting, Rating, and Billing.
• Experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) or Duck Creek is preferred.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in Product Backlog Management, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Sprint Planning.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and Scrum Masters.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and UAT.
• Define product priorities and ensure timely delivery of business requirements.
• Ensure solutions align with P&C insurance business processes and objectives.
