Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Product Owner for a Dallas, TX engagement. The role requires deep P&C Insurance domain knowledge, strong Agile practices, and extensive backlog management to translate business needs into actionable user stories.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, development, QA, and Scrum Masters to ensure timely delivery and alignment with insurance processes.

Qualifications

• Experienced Product Owner in the P&C Insurance domain.
• Knowledge of Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, Rating and Billing.
• Experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) or Duck Creek preferred.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience and backlog management.
• Expertise in User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Sprint Planning.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Gather business requirements and translate into detailed user stories.
• Work with stakeholders, development teams, QA, and Scrum Masters.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and UAT.
• Define product priorities and ensure timely delivery of requirements.
• Ensure solutions align with P&C insurance processes and objectives.
