A Day in the Life of a Product Owner, Producer Portal

As a Product Owner Level 2, you will shape and deliver the Producer self service website experience that aligns customer needs with business goals. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and cross‑functional teams to define product vision, prioritize backlog, refine user stories, and guide initiatives from idea to launch and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires strong Agile/Scrum product leadership, a customer‑first mindset, and the ability to turn complex business needs into clear, actionable plans.

Key Tools & Technologies You’ll Work With:

• ADO, Sprint Delivery Tools: Prioritize backlog and manage Agile execution.
• Agile, Scrum: Lead product delivery using modern frameworks.
• User Stories / MVP / INVEST: Translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Road mapping & Backlog Prioritization: Guide strategy, sequencing, and value delivery.
• Market & User Research: Identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Microsoft Office Suite: Communicate plans, insights, and progress to stakeholders.
• Enterprise ChatGPT: Consistent AI use to support daily tasks and tactics including user stories, backlog priority, market research and more.
