You will support offices nationwide, enabling compliant and efficient hiring while partnering with our talent development initiatives and leveraging industry-standard tools like Indeed, LinkedIn and ATS systems.

A Day in the Life of a Recruitment Program team;

As a Recruitment Program Specialist, you will be responsible for training our field office managers on recruiting tools, best practices, compliance, AI acceptability, granting access to systems, as well as jump in on recruiting efforts as needed. This role sits in Cincinnati and supports offices across the country.
