Félix is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Operations & Strategy to drive the product engine for credit growth. You will bridge strategy with execution, optimize lending funnels, and scale adoption nationwide across the U.S. and LATAM.

You will own OKRs, roadmap cadences, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Risk, Data, and Compliance teams. Remote-friendly with Miami presence preferred.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience directly within Product Management, Product Strategy, Product Operations, or BizOps in hyper-growth tech/fintech companies.

Mansioni

• Partner with Head of Consumer Lending to define and execute product vision for credit products.
• Act as operational connective tissue for Consumer Lending squads and ensure alignment across tech and risk teams.
• Architect and own the operational infrastructure enabling high-velocity product delivery.
• Lead OKR planning, roadmap cadence, and cross-squad dependencies to ensure seamless feature delivery.
