HuCapital, a NYC-based AI-powered startup, is seeking a Product Operations and QA Fellow to help keep our product development running smoothly.

Over three months you will work with engineers, data engineers, UX researchers and product designers to manage tickets, support QA, synthesize user feedback, and build workflow automations.

This role suits organized, curious, detail-oriented individuals who communicate clearly, collaborate across teams, and thrive in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Notion, Slack, and project management tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Curious and analytical about product development.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day ticket and project tracking across the team.
• Test new features and document bugs before release.
• Assist with product strategy and research initiatives.
• Synthesize user feedback and surface insights.
• Build and maintain workflow automations in Notion/Slack.
• Maintain up-to-date product decision records and team docs.
• Coordinate across engineers, data engineers, UX researchers, and designers.
• Participate in meetings and standups, take notes, follow up on actions.
