Job summary

Vetcove is seeking a Product Operations Associate to help keep our product teams running smoothly across partners and clinics. You’ll translate user feedback into actionable insights, support product launches, and help scale processes as we grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, project coordination, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Comfort working with data, dashboards, or basic analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Launches: coordinate go-to-market activities, create training materials, and track feature adoption post-launch.
• Work with Integration Partners: coordinate discussions between integration partners and engineering teams.
• Synthesize User Feedback: collect and organize qualitative feedback from clinics and pet parents to inform product decisions.
• Maintain Product Documentation: draft and maintain PRDs, user stories, release notes, and internal guides.
• Track & Report on KPIs: monitor dashboards, flag anomalies, and compile reports for product managers.
