Qualifications

• Demonstrated capability in customer discovery, product strategy, prioritization, requirements, delivery, measurement, and roadmap decisions (i.e., end-to-end product thinking).
• Ability to own and communicate tradeoffs, with strong judgment and ownership for a Product Operations scope.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners and specialists.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day work across customer discovery, product strategy, prioritization, requirements, delivery, measurement, and roadmap decisions.
• Translate priorities into documented plans, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Build lightweight, repeatable processes for an early-stage company that can mature over time.
