Job summary

Twitch is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to grow Twitch Advertising revenue and provide best-in-class client service for influencer marketing campaigns. You will work across product, business development, and finance to ensure successful campaigns and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities include leading campaign operations, managing client relationships, and guiding clients through purchasing tools, with opportunities for cross-functional collaboration across multiple office

Qualifications

• Experience with client management, media planning and campaign operations.

Responsibilities

• Own pre-sale process related to media planning and internal IOs.
• Be client facing point of contact to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Guide clients through internal purchasing tools.
• Provide highest level of customer service to internal clients, as a key point person for media plans and campaign operations.
• Kick-off campaign with clients and manage all timelines, assets and opportunities for optimization.
• Assist in pre-sale pipeline management, reporting, and opportunity accuracy.
• Work with Campaign Operations to troubleshoot live campaigns.
