Job summary

Twitch Interactive, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Customer Success Manager to grow Twitch Advertising revenue.

You will work closely with product and business development to serve clients in influencer marketing campaigns, providing top-tier service from pre-sale to post-campaign operations. The role emphasizes client management, media planning, and coordination across internal teams to ensure timely delivery and optimization of campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of online media/planning experience.
• Experience helping clients execute custom branded campaigns.
• Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation process.
• Works well with others in high-energy environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience and comfortability working with technical product teams.

Responsibilities

• Campaign management: work with finance on client approvals and revenue recognition.
• Own pre-sale process related to media planning and internal IOs.
• Be client facing point of contact to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Guide clients through internal purchasing tools.
• Provide highest level of customer service to internal clients for media plans and campaign operations.
• Lead the custom content campaigns to ensure assets are distributed and delivered.
• Kick-off campaign with clients and manage timelines, assets and opportunities for optimization.
• Assist in pre-sale pipeline management, reporting, and opportunity accuracy.
• Work with Campaign Operations to troubleshoot live campaigns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Twitch's site features and products.
