Job summary

Checkr is seeking a Senior FinOps Program Manager to drive execution and scheduling of internal technology programs within the Financial Operations organization in San Francisco. You will track progress across AI tooling adoption, finance systems, revenue, security, and billing operations, partnering with AI Solutions, Business Systems, Finance, and Security teams.

You will maintain roadmaps, report status to leadership, coordinate dependencies, train end-users on new tooling, and help refine

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience with strong planning and risk tracking.
Experience supporting technology rollouts or adoption initiatives with end-user training and communications.
Strong documentation skills to clearly communicate plans and decisions.

Responsibilities

Support program management for a portfolio of Corporate Engineering initiatives from scoping to post-launch review.
Maintain program roadmaps and status reporting for stakeholders and leadership.
Coordinate with AI Solutions, Business Systems, Finance, and Security to track dependencies and risks.
Support adoption of AI tooling and integrations through rollout logistics and training schedules.
Track KPIs and provide data for trade-off discussions with leadership.
Help refine program management processes and governance across Corporate Engineering.
