Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product, technical writing, or engineering experience.
• Experience improving team processes, workflows, or operating models at scale.
• Ability to build trust across product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Experience creating and managing internal documentation and communications.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the operating model for the product organization.
• Build relationships with internal customers to understand needs before problems escalate.
• Design tools, automations, and workflows to reduce friction.
• Drive consistency in requests, decisions, and updates, keeping docs current and findable.
