Job summary

Grayscale is seeking a dedicated Product Operations owner for its index-based product suite. This role builds processes to support launches, adjustments, and retirements, serving as the operational backbone between Product Management, Marketing Operations, and Legal & Compliance.

Responsibilities include managing prospectus reviews, episodic product changes, and fund liquidations, while coordinating with Product Development and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Strong project management skills with cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual index description review and prospectus filings coordination with Legal.
• Execute benchmark changes and share splits; monitor costs and calculation times.
• Monitor fund expense ratio changes and keep materials in sync.
