Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations and shape strategic priorities across the index business. You will drive initiatives from business cases through to planning, delivery, and performance measurement, ensuring alignment with LSEG's growth and operational objectives.

The role requires strong experience in enterprise transformations, finance planning, cross-functional leadership, and exceptional stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience in programme management within Trading, Banking, Asset Management, or Financial Index products.
• Hands-on experience in driving large enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
• Demonstrated strength in financial planning, resource allocation, cost governance, and risk management.
• Excellent senior stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence decisionmaking across matrixed organisations.
• Superior organisational skills with strong problemsolving and analytical capability.
• Proficiency working with financial data, Jira, Excel, and expertlevel PowerPoint skills.
• Deliveryfocused selfstarter able to handle multiple initiatives across diverse workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience of driving complex initiatives with geographically dispersed cross-functional teams, in both Waterfall and Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of investment cases for growth, innovation, and operational resilience initiatives.
• Contribute to the creation of the global product roadmap and ensure strategic alignment.
• Assess the global indexing landscape to inform prioritisation and forward strategy.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and regional/global leaders to scope and implement opportunities.
• Translate strategic ideas into actionable delivery plans with clear metrics and milestones.
• Embed within Scrum teams to support delivery and ensure alignment with roadmaps.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and deployment strategies across functions.
• Identify process gaps and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Build and maintain streamlined reporting for governance forums and boards.
• Leverage automation and data visualisation to enhance transparency of progress.
