• 7 years of experience in business operations or product management in Digital Marketplaces/E-Commerce platforms.
• Experience developing use cases and requirements, launching digital products.

Responsabilidades

• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams to launch product features.
• Define operations to develop and launch Apple’s app ecosystem features across platforms.
• Translate product vision into requirements and lead execution, including GTM operations.
• Define and implement new processes and operations to support product features.
• Develop business/functional requirements and work with engineering to build tools and systems.
• Ensure cross-functional partners are aligned on objectives of the feature and rollout.
• Create resources (training, playbooks, documentation, FAQs) to support new products.
• Plan and drive global pilots and launches with cross-functional teams and engineering.
• Track product impact and plan future enhancements.
