Job summary

Apple is seeking a senior Operations lead for Product Operations in Cupertino. You will partner with the Operations technical team during development and mass production, acting as the technical advisor for a product line and coordinating with Engineering to enable operational success through to mass production.

The role requires managing operational readiness, driving process improvements, and delivering regular updates to executives. Travel up to 30% internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science or Industrial Engineering.
• 8+ years of industry experience in New Product Introduction, Design Engineering, Manufacturing Operations or Quality.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and offshore manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational technical readiness for all phases of the introduction cycle, including prep for pre-production builds.
• Own key operational metrics such as yield and UPH to ensure ramp readiness.
• Drive process development, documentation, validation, and equipment planning.
