Harvey is building the future of professional services with a fast-moving product team. As a Product Operations Manager, Data, you will connect data product surfaces with Engineering, GTM, and external technology partners to drive fast, coordinated action.

You will own intake, triage, and prioritization of customer feature requests, run early-access programs, and manage partner relationships to keep data pipelines reliable for law firms and in-house legal teams pushing AI adoption.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, Technical Program Management, or related operational role at a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
• Experience triaging and prioritizing inbound requests and issues at volume.
• Comfortable engaging with data and technical issues to assess severity and impact.

Responsibilities

• Customer, Partner & Issue Intake: ensure signal reaches the right team quickly and triage requests.
• Programs & Launches: plan early-access programs and coordinate cross-functional launches.
• Systems That Scale: translate feedback into clear requirements and create scalable processes.
