Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, Partner or Ecosystem Operations, or a related role at a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
• Direct experience working on an integrations team — you’ve built, shipped and supported third-party connections.
• Working knowledge of APIs and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience in app store, marketplace, or partner ecosystem business models.
• Experience managing external technology or ISV partner relationships.
• Hands-on experience running early-access or beta programs and coordinating launches.
• Strong written communication and ability to translate feedback into clear requirements.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority.
• Bias toward lightweight systems that scale over heavy processes.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, triage, and prioritization of integration and API/MCP feature requests.
• Triage issues, assess severity, coordinate resolution, and ensure timely communication.
• Manage relationships with technology and ISV partners across the integration lifecycle.
• Plan and run early-access programs for new integrations and API/MCP capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches of new integrations across teams.
• Translate feedback into clear requirements and documentation for the roadmap.
• Create and maintain partner-facing API/MCP docs and enablement materials.
• Identify recurring challenges and implement lightweight automation and processes.
